Ingredients

  • Meyer lemons, whole, organic, as many as needed to fit into your small, wide-mouth Mason jar.
  • Celtic Salt

Instructions

  1. Squeeze lemons to remove seeds.
  2. Dice lemons into small pieces.
  3. Place a thin layer of Celtic salt on top of the lemons.
  4. Place a layer of lemons on top of the salt layer, then top it with another layer of Celtic salt.
  5. Put the lemon-Celtic salt into a small (or any desired size) wide-mouthed Mason jar.
  6. Do not add any other ingredients. Let the recipe work it’s magic.
  7. Complements a main dish or oily foods.
