Ingredients
- Meyer lemons, whole, organic, as many as needed to fit into your small, wide-mouth Mason jar.
- Celtic Salt
Instructions
- Squeeze lemons to remove seeds.
- Dice lemons into small pieces.
- Place a thin layer of Celtic salt on top of the lemons.
- Place a layer of lemons on top of the salt layer, then top it with another layer of Celtic salt.
- Put the lemon-Celtic salt into a small (or any desired size) wide-mouthed Mason jar.
- Do not add any other ingredients. Let the recipe work it’s magic.
- Complements a main dish or oily foods.
