Ingredients

  • 8 oz carob
  • ½ cup melted butter or coconut oil (4 oz)
  • ¼ cup honey (2 oz)
  • 1 TBSP almond butter
  • 1 TSP vanilla
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup almonds, soaked and diced

Instructions

Melt the butter and the carob. Add the remaining ingredients. Spread mixture onto a 9” x 13” baking pan. When the mixture sets, cut and store in an airtight container.
