Ingredients
- 8 oz carob
- ½ cup melted butter or coconut oil (4 oz)
- ¼ cup honey (2 oz)
- 1 TBSP almond butter
- 1 TSP vanilla
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup almonds, soaked and diced
Instructions
Melt the butter and the carob. Add the remaining ingredients. Spread mixture onto a 9” x 13” baking pan. When the mixture sets, cut and store in an airtight container.
