Ingredients
- Vegetables: carrots, potatoes, kale, green beans, mushrooms, etc.
- 2 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 TSP Krystal salt
- 1/4–1/2 TSP Essence of Sea Plants
- Nutritional Powders such as Mushroom Power Supreme and/or Nutritional Yeast
- Hulled hemp seed, Chia seeds, fresh ground Flax seeds
Instructions
- Steam the vegetables based on cooking time, root vegetables first, larger pieces before smaller pieces.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the vegetables.
- Mix/toss the ingredients together using two large spoons.
