Ingredients

  • Vegetables: carrots, potatoes, kale, green beans, mushrooms, etc.
  • 2 TBSP coconut oil
  • 1 TSP Krystal salt
  • 1/4–1/2 TSP Essence of Sea Plants
  • Nutritional Powders such as Mushroom Power Supreme and/or Nutritional Yeast
  • Hulled hemp seed, Chia seeds, fresh ground Flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Steam the vegetables based on cooking time, root vegetables first, larger pieces before smaller pieces.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the vegetables.
  3. Mix/toss the ingredients together using two large spoons.
