Hand-harvested, Unrefined, Nutrient-Rich Sea Salt
Celtic Sea Salt is a unique, unrefined salt that is hand-harvested from the coast of France. It contains 80+ essential minerals, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, and sulfur. It is a natural flavor enhancer and does not have the “caking” properties that most salts have. The harvesting process for Celtic Sea Salt involves collecting salt water from tidal pools and allowing the water to evaporate naturally in shallow clay-lined ponds. As the water evaporates, the salt crystallizes. The resulting salt has a moist texture and a slight gray hue.

Suggested Use: Mix 1/4 teaspoon into 8–16 ounces of water. Celtic salt can also be added to fruit, vegetables, soups, stews, and green food drinks. Use as a replacement for table salt in any food or use for making brines.
