Ingredients
- Sweet potatos
- Dried fruit: goldenberries, goji berries, mango, pears, etc
- Fresh chia or hemp seeds
- Coconut oil or coconut cream
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Optional: Maca, mesquite, ground cacao paste
Instructions
- Soak dried fruit in a small amount of water.
- Steam sweet potatoes and remove skin. Chop into 1-inch pieces. Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
- Grind chia or hemp seeds. Combine with coconut oil or coconut cream.
- Mix ingredients together, including any optional ingredients.
- Place in a 9″ x 12″ well-oiled (use coconut oil) dish.
- Bake at 250°. Cook until ingredients all meld together, about 8–24 minutes.
