Ingredients

  • Sweet potatos
  • Dried fruit: goldenberries, goji berries, mango, pears, etc
  • Fresh chia or hemp seeds
  • Coconut oil or coconut cream
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: Maca, mesquite, ground cacao paste

Instructions

  1. Soak dried fruit in a small amount of water.
  2. Steam sweet potatoes and remove skin. Chop into 1-inch pieces. Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
  3. Grind chia or hemp seeds. Combine with coconut oil or coconut cream.
  4. Mix ingredients together, including any optional ingredients.
  5. Place in a 9″ x 12″ well-oiled (use coconut oil) dish.
  6. Bake at 250°. Cook until ingredients all meld together, about 8–24 minutes.
